What this page measures
This page checks website readiness and public account, API, checkout and support availability. Each row explains the evidence behind its result. Checks run from your browser; your network can affect them. Evidence expires after five minutes.
When the platform status service responds, the page also shows its component states, the share of generation jobs that delivered a result on each of the last 90 days, and reported incidents. Days without recorded jobs are shown as no data.
These browser checks do not generate media, complete a sign-in, verify email delivery, make a payment or download a private result. Model availability and accepted job status appear in the workspace.
If a creation seems stuck
- Check the existing request in your history before starting another job.
- A request in reconciling is still being checked; wait for its final state.
- If an API submission times out, retry with the same request ID and body.
- Include your request ID in a support message; never include your API key.
